The a/c worked well! The shower was fantastic. The kitchen and bath were nicely updated. Overall very clean. The only issues were close proximity to barking dog and keyless entry was not working. Host plans to address both. Good communication.

Positives: size of kitchen, on site laundry, descent contact from owner, location central to places we wanted to visit Negatives: noisy road, constant barking german shepherd next door, unheated pool, cleanliness of a/c filter& floors and things showing lack of repairs, not adequate cups/dishes for long stay and some of cookware should be replaced

Hi Kristine, Thank you for the feedback about the kitchen ware. You mentioned lack of cleanliness in the floors and filters, do you have any pictures of that as the house was cleaned prior to your arrival which i have documented pictures of. However fo long term stays like yours, we dont clean the home while you are staying there so curious as to your review with unclean floors. As for the kitchen plates/cups, we have 4-6 of each kitchen item which has been adequate enough for a group of 2-4 people in a 2 bed condo. If there is cookware that needs replacement, letting us owners know what cookware that is that needs replacement would be great rather than leaving a bad review as i would have sent home a new set for you.

Very nice place! The pictures are good, but in person, it is even better! The entire condo was clean and cozy. The kitchen has all the amenities needed. Although we didn't cook anything, you have everything you need to prepare a very lovely dinner :). Will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

Ir was alittle tricky to find after dark, but had great directions. The covered parking was really nice, helped keep car cooler on some very hot days. Location is great and the pool was wonderful! I wish we had had more time to stay. The host was very kind and responded quickly to our questions.
