House very clean. The host are wonderful. House Family-Friendly. So many activities. All rooms large. 1 master bdrm, toilet too low. House beautiful inside & outside. Quiet & Lovely neighborhood. Most beds are high. The best thing was my Sister's husband has COPD, & I Suffer from health & breathing issues. Yet our stay at the house was phenomal, no breathing or coughing episodes. The air purification was clean & amazing.

Thank you, Sarah, for your kind words about our home, its cleanliness, spacious accommodations, family-friendly activities, and peaceful neighborhood. Rachelle and I have put tremendous thought, care, and love into creating a special getaway for families, and we're especially pleased to hear that the home's air purification systems made such a positive difference in your comfort during your stay. We take great pride in providing an exceptional five-star experience for our guests, and we're always looking for ways to make our home even better. While our listing includes detailed photos and descriptions to help guests choose accommodations that best meet their needs, we recognize that everyone's comfort and mobility requirements are different. In fact, we've already taken your suggestions to heart and are making several additional enhancements, including installing a comfort-height toilet, adding bathroom and shower grab bars, and lowering one of our king beds to make it more accessible. These improvements complement the many thoughtful amenities we already provide, including our air purification systems, family entertainment options, and even a wheelchair available for guests who may need one. We truly appreciate your compliments and constructive feedback. Our goal has always been to offer a beautiful, exceptionally clean, well-appointed home where families can create wonderful memories together. We look forward to continuing to exceed our guests' expectations!

Great place to stay! I was in Henderson for a work trip. Myself and 4 employee's stayed here. Its almost like having your own compound. It was nice to get off work and come home and relax. Whether it was in the pool, yard games, pool table, fire side, or just watching a movie. It had a real homie feel and was exactly what we needed. The host is very responsive, communicative and reasonable. Highly recommend!

Paradise in the Desert

Excellent property with plenty to do if you do not want to go out. Only thing we had to get was groceries. Bought some essential items that were already at the house so they got to keep them along with some spirits! We will be looking at this property every year when we come to the SEMA show. Only downside is the 25 minute drive daily.

Great Property Great Host

Myself and a few friends take our teenage/pre-teen boys to Vegas each summer for a weekend. This property was great for all of us. Had some cool activities for the boys. Beds were comfortable and the home was clean. Check in and check out process was as easy as it gets. Host even left a gift basket with a few snacks and other essentials that are commonly forgotten. Host was a great communicator as well. Book with confidence.

Perfect getaway

My partner, my son, and a few close friends stayed at this beautiful home for my son's birthday. It was a perfect fit for us. Each person had their own room and bathroom. The house had plenty of activities like billiards, shuffleboard and ping pong. There was a gorgeous pool in the back yard and the property is huge. It was also the perfect location because it was just far enough away from the strip to be mellow and relaxing but also very close to where youWe absolutely loved it and recommended it highly! can jump on the fwy right there and be in the heart of Vegas in a few minutes.

Book Now! Amazing Property

First of all I will say that Rachel and Bart were amazing! They had great communication leading up and during our stay. They were readily available for any questions. The property was clean, well decorated and overall just a great space to have a getaway with a bigger group (ours was only 5). They kids loved the property and we loved the fact that they had plenty of room to run around and play outside. Did I mention the incredible and thoughtful gift basket Rachel and Bart gifted us upon arrival? My group and I truly felt welcomed and comfortable; we didn’t want to leave. I will definitely book this place again if available for this area!

The Greatest Billiards Experience

We spent 12-days playing in a billiards tournament in Las Vegas and travelled as a team. Our accommodations had become the highlight of our stay. This home is beautifully furnished with top of the line furniture including family heirlooms. Their attention to detail is beyond comparrison, they have provided everything imaginable for their guests. Our host was very easy to communicate with and left us with the feeling that our special needs would be met with open arms in the future. We look forward to our return to Las Vegas for next years event and hope that we will be welcomed back to our home away from home. Thank you for being a wonderful host.

Business and Family

We booked this for a convention. We took the kids with us. This property was awesome. While a few of us were at the convention. the kids didn't miss us at all. They had a blast playing in the pool and with all the toys in the yard and house. The house has a casita in the back yard which we didn't need. That just means we can bring a bigger group back next time. The host was quick to answer any questions we had. The trip went very smooth. Loved it and we will be back. House is about 20 minutes from the MGM which is where the convention was, but smooth drive as this house is a couple blocks from the on ramp. Worth the drive for this location. Thank you to the host.
