We shopped at the local down town stores. The city has made downtown beautiful with the autumn decorations. We love walking/ running at Freer field that is located half a block from the house.

Lovely property

The house is in a nice neighborhood near a park with a walking/biking path. It was very clean, was well decorated, and had comfortable mattresses. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again if we are back in this area.

I was in town to visit my son, and this place was ideal. Proximity to the park is ideal, and I will definitely look to stay here again next time I'm in Ashland later this summer.

Cute, completely updated house that was very comfortable, roomy, and overall delightful. It came fully equipped with everything we needed in kitchen gear as well as plenty of towels and a hairdryer in the bathroom. Definitely will stay there again.

Nice and just Right

Nice clean safe neighborhood, the house was super clean and the linen and towels were as expected, new appliances, Customer service was over the top, fast responses and very friendly! Overall it was a great day and we shall return!

Perfect for visiting parents of Ashland students

They thought of everything you could possibly need while away from home! So clean and updated! We will stay here whenever we are in town to visit our son who attends Ashland University. It’s so close to campus and walking distance to baseball fields!

This was such a cute home with great instructions left by the owners. They provided all of the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay and the house in centrally located to all that Ashland has to offer. I visit family in Ohio and I will definitely be booking this home again.

Perfect stay exactly where we needed it!

As a parent of an Ashland University student, this property is perfect for visiting for special occasions! This home is cozy and just the right size for a small family right next to campus. We walked the two short blocks easily to meet our son and tour the amazing Ashbrook Center. This well-appointed and immaculately kept home had everything we needed for a great family brunch before leaving in the morning. We will definitely be back!

The AC in this house will freeze you out :). Very clean. Accidentally locked the door unable to get back in but property owners were quick to accommodate. Great communication!

Outstanding!

This newly renovated house did not disappoint! Everything was immaculate and well thought out. Bigger than expected. Perfectly located and near everything you would need for your stay. The hosts thoughtfully left a some goodies that were appreciated after a long drive. I stayed alone but this would accommodate 2 couples or a family nicely. You won't be disappointed. It was outstanding!

Just a perfect place!

My sister and I returned to our hometown for our class reunions. This property is situated eight houses from where we grew up. It was so nostalgic to be in our old neighborhood and it is within walking distance of about EVERYTHING!!, The property is perfectly furnished and uncluttered and spectacularly cleaned! And a piano, to boot!!!! We ran into a slight snafu with receiving the check-in code on time, but Jennifer quickly resolved it. I wouldn’t have mentioned it, but it asked in the review questions. It was only a slight hiccup. It certainly didn’t affect the quality of our stay. We will return here. I’m sure, many times!
