The house was perfect for our stay. It was very close to Ashland campus, where we were attending event. Close to downtown, where there are good restaurants and fun stores. Price was reasonable and the hosts were great to work with. Living space was large enough to visit with our friends who came with us.

Bryan and Jennifer are excellent hosts. They are easy to communicate with and care that your stay is great. The house is wonderful and in a great location. It is so close to Ashland University, parks, and downtown.

If you’re looking for a quiet, clean, and spacious place to stay in Ashland, look no further! We would come again. We also appreciated that it was close a a very nice park with nice walking trails.

My second stay here. Great accommodation for my visits back to my home town. I appreciate how clean and comfy. Love that there’s a piano! This charming property is so accessible to all the great things Ashland offers.

What a great little house! It was perfect for our stay. Very clean and had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of off street parking. A bargain for what you get! This place is on our way to several cities/locations and we will be sure to book again in our travels.

I loved my stay in the charming century house! I enjoyed having a full-size gas stove for cooking breakfast and the kitchen was well stocked with all the pans and utensils I needed. The bed and pillows were really comfortable as well.
