Was such a great getaway for 2 people! The ideal place to have some quality time with someone and just simply relax to reset. Would definitely consider returning!

We had a great time, enjoyed not being connected to the world for a long weekend! Lol
It was relaxing, caught some fish, and just enjoyed.
We chose this cabin because it was in the country, on a large pond, surrounded by trees, yet close to Hocking Hills and good restaurants in Logan (particularly the Olde Dutch Restaurant and Millstone Southern Smoked BBQ). Several of the other cabins on the property had guests but it was quiet, except for when one of the children from another cabin caught a fish -- that was joyful to hear their delight. The hot tub was great, there was plenty of hot water, and the wifi worked well.

We love the whole place!
We have stayed at the Firefly Cabin several times already, and each time is a wonderful, relaxing stay. We love the fountain in the pond, sitting on the porch in the morning, listening to the sound of splashing water and birds in the trees is exactly what we needed, and the hot tub is great on a chilly October night!

Cabin was peaceful but hard to find.
The cabin itself was very peaceful, relaxing, and a nice alternative to a hotel. We had some trouble finding it, as the small "cabins" sign at the end of the driveway was only visible from one direction. Ended up having to turn around and look at mailbox numbers. We'd like to see a picnic table near the charcoal grill, so that we could keep it an eye on it while eating. Future couples should be warned to keep all food in airtight containers, and one of the living room lights needed a new bulb.
Heat may need upgrading. Should put a curtain on front door. We’ve been to the area before and forgot there is no service. If someone doesn’t know and don’t think about it it may be a good thing to put on the front door the instructions to go get signal. We kept going to town and instructions say to go in the opposite direction once we got it we got a response. Other than that everything was good. We may stay there again
Our not so high rating is not your fault. The cabin was suitable and we had all available that we could have wished for. The weather was very hot so it limited our activity. And at our age (80’s) the terrain was difficult. This would have been wonderful when we were younger.
Wyandot Woods is a Family oriented cabin rental business focusing on back to basics Family and couple oriented activities. The 20 Acre property has 2 small spring fed Lakes. Around which are Fishing Docks, Fire Rings with Benches, and a Canoe for each Cabin. Guest are permitted to Fish in the ponds which are stocked with Bass, various species of Sun Fish (we always try and find something interesting) and Channel Cats. Swimming is permitted at your own risk. The property is unique in that it provides enough seclusion and privacy for all guests to enjoy their stay and the features individually. However, all 6 cabins are all within walking distance from one another making it an ideal facility for Familys and Groups that wish to rent multiple units. Many guests don't leave the property during their stay.
