Come stay at "Casabella". The 7th floor views are exquisite and mesmerizing and a must-see.

The unit is handicap ♿️ accessible.

As you enter the unit, you can see direct views of the gulf. Open the doors and feel the gulf breeze.

The condo has been completely updated. The unit sleeps 6 and is comfortable and family friendly. Guest has direct access to the gulf and pool that is viewable from the balcony, so you can watch the kiddos in the pool or the dolphins playing in the gulf. The glass sliding doors give you beautiful views from the living room and master bedroom.

The living room features a 65-inch TV, bose stereo, sectional sofa and a side chair and has excellent views of the gulf.

The all-new kitchen with new cabinets, new quartz counter tops, new stainless steel appliances, small appliances like coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, and more. This kitchen has plenty of room to fix breakfast while enjoying the views.

The all-new Master bedroom has a wider door for ♿️ accessiblity. The master bath features a spacious double shower that is roll in accessible if needed. New cabinets with quartz tops and lots of storage.

The guest bedroom has 2 queen beds, tv, alarm clock and spacious closet. The new guest bathroom has new cabinets and quartz top. It is accessible from the guest bedroom and living area.

The unit has an LG front load washer / dryer, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

There is no need to carry your beach toys, chairs, wagons, or sandy belongings to the unit. You can leave them under the boardwalk. It is located on the ground level. Please leave items there. No sandy or wet items, no carts or wagons are allowed in condo.

If you want to get a workout in, guests have access to the community fitness center located on the first floor.

The longest pier in Florida is within walking distance. Fishing, parasailing, jet ski, the national seashore, snorkeling, restaurants, and other activities are close by.

The unit IS under surveillance as you enter with a ring doorbell and door alarms for doors left open.

Guest are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay. Damage insurance must be purchased.

IF A GUEST IS FOUND TO BE DOING ANY OF THE FOLLOWING, THEY WILL BE REQUIRED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUNDS. NO SMOKING OF ANYTHING IN THE UNIT OR ON THE BALCONY. NO DRUG USE OR DISTURBANCES OR NOT FOLLOWING THE HOUSE RULES.
