My son and his family came out to visit me for the 4th of July weekend and we were happy to book this large home in Azusa so that his 3 children were able to sleep comfortably and they were not too far away. The location was a great family location not far from the adjoining towns of Duarte, Monrovia, and Sierra Madre where we had events to attend. Host was very responsive and communicative. Place was clean and comfortable.

Property was clean and generally had a neutral smell. Host communicated well and answered questions quickly. Location was good and the neighborhood was quiet. Note that there is a school across the street, so could get a little busy during school days. Beds were comfortable and we liked the nice big dining table in the kitchen. I personally wish bedrooms had ceiling fans, but central air worked well and kept the home plenty cool. We also enjoyed the nice sitting area on the back patio. The area was surprisingly walkable. We walked quite a few places and enjoyed the town.

The home was fine. There’s no grass in the backyard so we had to leash our dog to use the front lawn. Kitchen was well-stocked.
