Very well Maintained private dock slip. Gated entry - Pool - Laundry Mat -Horseshoe pit- Game Room
Definitely check out the Blue Heron River Tour. The tour was exciting! We all saw much wildlife, including gators, birds, turtles, and manatees. Our tour guide was great as well. Very informative. I would go again for sure :-)
Locals eat at either St. John's River Grill (at the end of the dock*\0/*) or Shady Oaks-"Best BLT on the River".
Fishing tackle and poles provided-Enjoy fishing directly from the boat or dock.
Species include Small mouth Bass, blue gill, alligator gar, catfish and of course the occasional Florida Alligator 🐊😎
