Birthday Celebration/ Pittsburgh Pen getaway

This place definitely has potential, needs a couple basic updates, some shades in the attic, more towels for guests, maybe try to sound proof the attic room. Very close to everything. The street was a bit of a tight squeeze for an suv but very easy to find but was a very nice quiet neighborhood. Overall a nice stay, a few updates and this place will be on point. One suggestion would be that the cleaner wait til all the guests left before entering the property. Oh and the Pens beat the Caps so that was a great end to the evening. Thanks for y'alls hospitality, we love Pittsburgh, go Pens!

Not Wht We Expected But We Made It Fun While We Stayed There.

The house wasn’t what i expected. I only say this because they did not put that two beds were on the floor. When i first checked in, the house smelled terrible, all of the rooms included. When i went to try to use the fridge i couldn’t even use it because the fridge was filled with plenty of other food. I don’t know who’s food. I also didn’t like how the host just comes & clean while guest are still in the home, I think the cleaning should wait until guest are fully checked out. He came to clean at 5:00am & check out wasn’t until 1pm. The shower little ledge part was so filthy me & my friends didn’t even take showers there. The kitchen drawers were filled with stuff as if someone lived there. Other than that, our stay was good there, the only thing i didn’t like is that the host just comes up in there whenever he wants. House needs fixed up a little, but me & my friends enjoyed our stay.

The guest stated that it was a party of four. I got a call from a neighbor complaining that there was a party at the house. I text the guest and told her that I would be entering the house within the hour. When I entered there were at least fifty people in the house and the place was filled with smoke. I don't allow gatherings and I don't allow smoking in the house. I did notify the guest that I would be cleaning the house and because it is a house there are items in the house which is clearly displayed in the pictures in the listing. Also the home was cleaned before the guests arrived. This listing is not conducive to the guests needs to have a huge party and that was clearly disclosed to the guest but it was ignored by the guest who deceived me into thinking that they had the desire to enjoy a "quiet night out on the town" The guests review was not justified and was a complete fabrication.
