The property is located beside a dog kennel. There was no odor coming from there but the dogs barking was an issue. The living room did not have a A/C unit and the fan provided was not adequate for the heat. Shower heads need to be replaced. Should be able to separate bunk beds into single beds (when renting to adults only). Daily allowance of electric usage should be stated in the rental description, not days before check in. The property location is very good: can walk to shopping areas and there is a very good restaurant (reasonable prices) 2 doors down.
