Golf out the back, fish the private ponds, duck hunt a mile up river, walk the golf course trails, enjoy world class upland birds and big game in the area. You'll love the peaceful mornings adjacent to the Snake River. This property only allows for a single paying tenant per month, so plan on paying for a minimum of 15 days and signing a 30 day lease to appease our HOA.

We're glad to share our home while we're away in California. You'll really enjoy the serenity the area has to offer, especially being so close to the conveniences of town.

What makes this property unique
Spacious living arrangement for bigger families with plenty of parking and golf cart and kayaks for use. Rental comes with paid country club membership for golfing for renter.
