This is a fully furnished studio apt minutes from downtown Raleigh and multiple large local hospitals. This property is located inside a larger single family home but there is no shared space. It is a private apt with its own entrance and porch. All utilities are included in this listing and the Studio has a full bath, kitchenette, dedicated washer and dryer, large closet and queen bed. It was a perfect place to stay. My daughter lives nearby and I needed a spot to come back to at the end of the day. Beautifully done with every amenity. Safe and so comfortable. Would definitely stay there again for another visit.

I loved staying here! The owner was very kind and sweet and the place is 100000% accurate to the pictures. Everything you need is there, but if you need anything, the owner is very responsive and helpful. The laundry utilities were very easy to use and the bathroom is clean and pristine. The sleeping arrangements are nice and cozy and everything about this place is amazing. I stayed for two months, so I definitely enjoyed this place a thousand times over. If I ever need a place to stay in Raleigh, I’m definitely coming back here!!!

Music Festival Getaway

Beautiful and comfortable place. Quiet street and very close to downtown! We took an uber some and walked to downtown some! Comfortable bed, everything you need. Loved the thoughtfulness of coffee and green tea available. Nice size fridge and beautiful decor. Much nicer than staying in a hotel. We will certainly return.
