Third bedroom has 2 bunk beds and a trundle .Unit has washer and dryer .Has three flat screen TVs. No pets allowed. Pelican condominium

The space
Beachfront condo has a well equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, stove, refrigerator, blender , dishwasher, garbage disposal, dishes and utensils , beach chairs and toys. It has an outdoor gas grill on the pool deck.

The furniture has been changed within the last 2 years. Two small sofas need cleaning and I will get it done. We plan to change the linen in the master bedroom. The linen in the other 2 bedrooms are new and of good quality . All the appliances in the kitchen were replaced last year. New furniture in the balcony also

Awesome location

The condo was very nice with upgraded appliances! It was stocked with all beach stuff and the location was awesome!!! Communication with the host was superb. Looking forward to returning.

AWESOME

Family of seven stayed here for a week. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Condo had everything you could need. Perfect location, and being on second floor was wonderful,, overlooking the pool. Would definitely stay here again. Owner was very responsive.

Great Location, Poor Cleanliness and Maintenance

The location was amazing, but the overall condition of this rental was dated and in need of maintenance.  When we arrived, the condo was not guest ready and unclean with a strong smell of mildew that needed to be aired out over several days,  crumbs, sticky surfaces, and the bedding hadn’t been changed. We pulled back the comforter to find an unmade bed with sheets that had hairs and holes. The shower liner was moldy, so we ended up replacing it ourselves, and the curtain rod and toliet paper holders were coming off the walls.The vacuum was missing wheels and had no suction, so we bought a cheap one just to get by. There were no basic supplies typically provided upon arrival—no toilet paper, dish soap, or cleaning products—just a few partial roll left from the previous person.  Two of the bunk beds didn’t even have comforters. The owner's laundry was still in the dryer when we arrived, and we had to deal with a clogged tub that we ended up plunging ourselves and causing it to be quite slippery. When we reached out to the owner upon arrival,  she replied that we must have "high expectations," which was disappointing. Communication overall was a mess—we didn’t get check-in instructions, and there were no clear check-out guidelines. She reached out after checkout to say we had left towels and note cleaned tubs. Neither of which was communicated as an exectation. Honestly, expecting a clean space and basic supplies isn’t asking too much. It's a shame because the location wa

they wrote a terrible review but wanted to rent again for next year!!! i had the carpet cleaned professionally just before they came. The kitchen has new appliances and the living room dinning room, patio furniture is all new. it was professionally cleaned before they came. They left the place soo messy-my cleaning lady said. i will never rent to them again

Second floor, very nice beach and pool view! Spacious 3/3. Air conditioner and everything worked perfectly. Walking distance to Chases. Publix very close. Used the club house a couple nights to accommodate big family staying at multiple units to all eat together and play games. Would rent this unit again!
