Great property and location

We enjoyed our stay. Units were very clean and comfortable. Reserving the property was a little challenging because we rented several and they were cancelled due to not being available. HOWEVER, Pam contacted me immediately and offered a solution. She went above and beyond making sure our units were close in proximity and kept in contact with us through check in offering us to contact her with any issues. Check in process was easy but front desk personnel were heavily pushing attendance for the timeshare presentation. The location of the property was convenient to all the attractions and downtown. Units were comfortably furnished and the necessities were provided. We only used the indoor pool and the air was very stuffy and lacked ventilation. The outdoor pools looked nice but weather did not permit use of them. Overall it was a great experience and the property owner was great! I would definitely rent here again.
