Welcome to The Green House! Enjoy a stylish yet comfortable experience at this bungalow just 3 min from the beach and 7 min from the Strand. This home is fully remodeled w/ King bed, Queen bed, bathroom, enclosed sunroom w/ twin daybed , Wi-Fi, smart TV, washer/dryer, updated appliances, central AC & heat, original hardwood floors, a private gated back yard & lots of charm.
We can open the back yard fence to connect both listings if you book them consecutively!

The front driveway on Ave N 1/2 has high curbs and is very skinny, I wouldn’t recommend trying to drive up it in a small car. You are welcomed to park in it if you can, or in front of the driveway and sidewalk, just don’t park too close to the stop sign. Parking is also allowed along the side of the house on 48th St as well and is preferred. From my experience, enter and exit through the side gate and back door is much easier for loading and unloading groceries, luggage, & children. There is ample space for more than one car to park if needed. When leaving to go to the beach, make sure you pay attention to street signs! Avenue O and P are both ONE WAY streets. There are probably more in the neighborhood but those 2 are for sure one way on the way to the sea wall.
