About this property

This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath spacious townhouse overlooking the lagoon is perfect for groups and families. You will be located in a gated community right around the corner from one of the pools, playground, mini golf, bike rentals, fitness center and Water’s Edge Café. This includes a family pass to Wyndham Ocean Ridge Amenities. Other restaurants are also within walking distance.

The space
This three-bedroom townhouse offers picturesque views of the lagoon. The patio off the main floor is perfect for dining alfresco or birdwatching. The main floor also includes a stacked washer/dryer, half bath and storage closet. The living room has a full-size sofa sleeper.

The three bedrooms are located on the second level. One master bedroom includes a king size bed, walk in closet, deck with chairs and full bathroom with tub/shower combination. The other master bedroom includes a king size bed, walk in closet and bathroom with tub/shower combination. The third bedroom perfect for a kids’ or teen's room with a twin bed and trundle, it does not have private access to a bathroom or closet.

A huge bonus is having access to the Wyndham Beach Cabana with restrooms and showers at beach access point 20!

Guest access
You may park one car in the carport where you will find a EV charger - level 2 220 volts, 12-35 miles per hour. You may also park car in a parking spot in front of the home.
Other things to note
Linens and towels are provided in the cleaning fee, but not beach towels.

There is a $300 replacement cost for FOBs that are lost or not left in the unit upon check out.

Comfy Edisto Townhouse

My husband and I and our two friends spent three nights and had an amazing time. The townhouse is comfy and clean and had anll the necessities. Alicia was very responsive and everything went smoothly. We loved being able to sit out on the porch and watch the fish jump by the fountain in the lagoon. We enjoyed mini golf, the fitness room, swimming pool, ping-pong, cornhole, and bike rentals right next-door to our townhouse. Dinner at Waterfront Restaurant was so delicious, we went back a second night. Best grits ever! Highly recommend this place.

1st Beach Trip

Great place to stay with a small kid. The amenities were great to have and the beach was still super close. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and quickly responded to my questions. We had everything that we needed and more. Highly recommend for a first beach trip for a little one!!

Edisto family vacation

We adored the proximity to the beach and Wyndham amenities! Absolutely lovely condo! I will say the one smaller bed and trundle was too small for my adult son, so he opted to sleep on the couch! But definitely perfect for a kid! Just wanted to share that heads up in case your crew is all adults like mine! He’s 6’3 sooo maybe would work for a smaller adult! Otherwise everything was perfect! We plan to be back and will definitely check availability on this Condo first!

Best of both worlds

This was our first time to Edisto Island so we didn’t really know what to expect. This property is located inside the gated Wyndham community. It has golf, mini golf, pools, a restaurant work out area and more. Yes, it’s free filled and very quiet and relaxing. They also have a special place on the beach just for guests at Wyndham that has restrooms, some food options, covered picnic tables and sand volleyball. The unit is a townhouse style and worked well for our family (3 kids). It was very clean and comfortable. Take your own pam and spices as nothing like that is in the home. Pots, pans, linens etc are stocked. Great property, fun amenities and an easy bike ride to many beach access points nearby. Check out the sunset on the beach at access point 36, 37 and 38 if I recall the numbers correctly.

Would gladly stay here again

Surprisingly spacious-the photos don't do it justice. Location within the Wyndham property is great. Going out the back door, it was just a few steps to the complex with the main pool, mini-golf, and a very nice playground. My 5-year-old probably would have been happy with the vacation if the playground had been the only thing to do. It was also a short walk to the Fontaine's Seafood Market across from the community entrance. The two king bedrooms were spacious. Liked the double sinks in the main bedroom (one outside the shower room). The other bathroom was a bit cramped. As the description notes, the third "bedroom" is small - no closet or dresser and just a day bed with trundle and a recliner. It was ideal to set up the pack-n-play where our infant slept, and to sit with her at night. But it would not be good for adults. The unit was very clean and up to date. The kitchen was fairly well stocked (a full size measuring cup would have been nice, but now I'm being picky). The hosts provided plenty of detergent for both the dishwasher and the clothes washer. If you plan to charge your electric vehicle in the carport (very convenient!) there is both a standard 50-amp and 30-amp plug. I wish the arrival directions had been clearer. Go straight to the guard gate. The instructions say that but we still got thrown off by big "stop here to register" signs at the Wyndham office. Ignore those. That took us a while to sort out when we stopped and they couldn't find our names.
