About this property

Relax in a Happy Place

Seabreeze Par-a-dise is a privately owned well kept 1st floor villa with recently updated bathrooms, overlooking the 4th green in the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort. Over 1300 sq feet of space with a large screen porch for relaxing and watching the golfers approach into the green or a few deer passing through in the late afternoon. Just minutes to the beach, our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom villa offers a king (Tempur-Pedic) bed in the master bedroom and 2 full beds in the guest room. Full size washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors throughout. Keyless entry, wireless internet, and a wet bar for your convenience.

Additional Access to resort amenities include: Mini-golf (fee), playground, tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts (bring your own rackets & balls) and 18 holes at The Plantation Course at Edisto (fees).

*Please note, even though we have a picture of the pool there is an extra fee charged for the week. We do not control or own the pools. They are managed by the Wyndham Properties. Please check with the Waterfront Cafe for latest updates.

The marina offers dining, boat charters and a great place to watch the sunset.

Edisto Island has many locally owned places for dining, shopping and relaxing. Charleston is just 45 minutes north, with Beaufort 40 mins to the south for easy day trips for additional shopping and site seeing.

There is absolutely NO SMOKING or E cigarettes allowed on the property including the porch. You will be charged an extra fee for cleaning if there is smoking detected.

Super lovely place!

The location was convenient and we took in two of the three pools available (we preferred the Marsh Point pool). A perfect place for two adults to celebrate a sister birthday getaway.

Perfect for a family vacation

I can’t say enough about this gem of a house. Mary kept great communication and made things easy. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you could need. The whole family enjoyed the screened in porch and we spent a lot of time out there watching deer cross the golf course. The location was perfect. There were so many activities available especially if you bought the Wyndham pass. Loved our stay!!!

Perfect getaway

We have vacationed many times to Edisto Island. We decided to purchase our property here as we fell in love with the "local" feel and the laid back atmosphere of the area

What makes this property unique

We love our place! It's large at 1,300 sq feet so you don't feel cramped. The 4th green is just outside your back door! The screened porch is perfect for enjoying the evening breeze, and you will see many deer passing through. We are just minutes from beach access - with sunsets to die for
