SPRING/SUMMER/ FALL 30 day + RENTAL-Enjoy your summer at this beautifully renovated home in Duntroon! The main level features an open concept kitchen/living/dining area with walk-out to the deck and private backyard. The kitchen is modern and bright with stainless steel appliances, a mini wine fridge, quartz counter tops and an island with seating for 4. The dining table offers seating for 10 and converts to a pool table. The main bedroom has a king bed, floor to ceiling windows, walk-out access to the deck and a 4 piece ensuite with heated floors. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds and one bedroom has a double bunk bed. The lower level family room includes a queen sofa bed and TV for quests. Entertain from the incredible back deck with a BBQ, outdoor dining table, loungers and lots of seating. Make use of the trampoline, smokeless wood burning fire solo pit, soccer nets, bocce ball set and golf mat. The property is mins away from Devil's Glen Provincial Park. There are 2 golf clubs nearby and amazing mountain bike trails. You can also walk to the Bruce Trail in 5 mins. Don't forget to visit Creemore, Collingwood or Wasaga Beach which are all around 20 mins away! Pets allowed. (65554113)
