This lakefront gem is designed to feel like your home away from home. Nestled in a quiet cove with long water views and deep water access, it's the ideal spot for families or groups to kick back and recharge.
The outdoor spaces are truly a highlight—an expansive, covered upper deck and a new lower patio bring the lake right to your doorstep. With two grills (gas and flat top), yard games, two kayaks, and a paddle board, there's no shortage of ways to enjoy the sunshine and water. Start your morning with coffee on the dock and keep an eye out for Henry the Heron, your local feathered neighbor!
Inside, the main level features an open-concept layout with a fully stocked kitchen and gas stove, island seating for 4, a wet bar area for mixing drinks, and a dining table that seats 6. The cozy living room invites you to relax with two sofas and additional seating to take in the lake view or watch your favorite shows.
The main level hosts three bedrooms: a king primary suite with deck access, TV, and en suite bath with a large shower; a queen bedroom; and a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. The queen and bunk room share a hallway bathroom.
Head downstairs to find a second living area with a comfy TV lounge, a table for dining or puzzles, and a card table ready for a friendly game night. Two king bedrooms on this level share a full bath, making it an ideal setup for extended families or multiple couples.
Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, DECKadent Sunset offers over 200 feet of shoreline, a private dock with a ladder, and ample space to park your boat.

We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!

🚗 No Garage Parking
Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
📝 Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (2 PM) and late check-out (12 PM) are available for a $50 fee per request—subject to availability. Please note: this option is not available on holidays.

We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted at Southern Belle.

Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance!
