An expansive wall of open doors in the main level living area allows you to immediately take in the full breadth of this home's soul with sweeping views of beautiful Lake Norman. The well-appointed kitchen and dining area is ready for gathering. Open-view doors open up to the covered deck overlooking the lake and pool where there are more inviting living/dining areas — absolutely the perfect escape to decompress and enjoy your time. Also on the main level is a twin and a king room with access to the hallway bath and a luxurious master ensuite with soothing views of the lake.

When you are ready to have fun and get out in the sun, take it downstairs to the ground floor living space where you will find two king rooms with lakeside/poolside access, a custom-made bunk area, living area with shuffleboard, wet bar, and a dramatic entryway to the heart of this home — your waterfront playground. Whether it is fishing, swimming, boating, kayaking, or sunning by the pool with a book, at Lakeshore Adrift there is something for everyone.

This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. Additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.

Maximum overnight occupancy is 16; maximum daytime occupancy is 20. The garage at this property is NOT accessible to renters. The fireplace(s) in this home are not functional and for aesthetic purposes only. This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.

*Pool thermostat will be set to 80 degrees through the April 1 - October 31 pool season.
