The location is perfect - as an ideal combination of piece of quiet, privacy with long range views of Lake Norman while also less than 10 minutes by car to everything including multiple grocery stores, restaurants, breweries, shops and retail.
You'll be blown away by the high end feel of the home with great flow, large open spaces on the main level. The exterior is immaculate and loaded with amenities. Ready to enjoy Lake Norman? Take out your boat (or rent one from our partner) from your private dock or paddle out from our sandy beach area with one of our included kayaks. Need a quick refresh? Enjoy the dipping pool that is heated to 81 during our peak months.....and for those crisp nights, you can sit on the edge of the water at our private fire pit (firewood provided) or head into the hot tub which is heated year round!
Have a boat? Bring it along with you and launch from the very close public ramps? Wanted to rent a Tritoon? Let us know as we have a partner that will deliver the boat to the dock and pick it up when your reservation is complete - super convenient!

House Notes:
- This custom home has (5) rooms with beds in them as noted above on a (3) bedroom septic system and private well.
- Maximum Occupancy is 16 overnight guests plus up to 4 visiting day guests - at no time without prior written approval should there by more than 20 people at the property.
- The pool is heated to 81 between April 15th and October 15th each year. Heating may be an option for the off season for an additional fee, weather dependent.
- Weddings and wedding related events will not be approved.
