Port Royale goes beyond an interior masterpiece by offering Breathtaking Lakefront Views and Private Lake Access. Enjoy spacious upper-level patio areas to gaze upon the shores. Our “Taj-Mahal" of docks invites you to park your boat, fish, swing, jump off the diving board or simply take advantage of additional seating, sunning, and dining areas. 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards.


Enjoy evenings sitting around a wood-burning fire pit or cooking your favorite meals on the gas BBQ. Or if you prefer your culinary creations indoors, you can choose from one of the two chef kitchens.

After a busy day on the lake, you can rest assured that you will have a comfortable, inviting bed waiting for you in any of the beautifully curated bedrooms.

This home is pet friendly with prior written approval for 1-dog 50lbs or less ($250 pet fee)

Maximum overnight occupancy is 22; maximum daytime occupancy is 25. The fireplace(s) in this home are not functional and are for aesthetic purposes only. The boat lift at this dock is NOT accessible for renters, but boats can be tied to the side of the dock. This property has two active security cameras on the premises. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed toward the rear of the property.


Port Royale is conveniently located within minutes of shopping, dining/ entertainment, 30 miles north of downtown Charlotte and Charlotte Douglas International airport. Also explore nearby vineyards, golf, hiking, NASCAR races, museums, rafting, indoor skydiving, and one of the most beautiful lakes in America!


Duke Power manages lake levels on Lake Norman and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
