With three bedrooms and a private loft plus three and half bathrooms this house will comfortably sleep up to twelve people and offers all of the conveniences of home. A gas burning fireplace offers winter visitors an added benefit. The main level master bedroom offers private suite-like amenities including private bath, luxurious king size bed, and gorgeous lakeside views from the walkout deck. The second bedroom boasts a queen size bed with its own spacious private balcony and stunning views of the lake. The third bedroom has two bunk beds twin over full/queen. It comfortably sleeps six people. The fourth room is a private third floor loft all by itself (no door). The fifth room and yard-level game room has a pull out couch and sleeps 2 people. It is also is home to a pool table, classic arcade game, with outdoor grilling patio. Please note you have to take steps outside to a separate entrance (called a mother in law suite). A renovated three-car garage offers a Ping Pong Table, Kayaks and shelter for outdoor toys, bicycles, and your vehicles. Enjoy an outdoor oasis in the beautiful back yard! The spacious, level yard offers plenty of room for horseshoes, badminton or boccie. Lake Norman Christmas

We rented Brent's house for the Christmas holiday weekend. The house was spacious, clean and well appointed. Communication with Brent was excellent and he was very responsive. We would definitely rent from Brent again.

Private lot with wonderful view

Enjoyed our stay in Sherrill’s Ford! The house is a perfect size and has everything we needed. Large bedrooms and nice bathrooms. Wonderful large dining room table and comfy living room. Plenty of seats for all. Beautiful kitchen with large island. Love love love the shady (but perfectly sunny in places) yard. Great view of the lake. enjoyed the pool table, video game (who knew I could still play Ms. PacMan??) and kayaks. We enjoyed it so much!
