Very nice property. Host company was very easy to work with. Great property for several families. Easy lake access for kayaks and fishing. Close to grocery store. All around great property and highly recommended! Fully stocked kitchen, which made cooking easy. We have family in the area so will look this house up next time we come to town.

Our family spends a weekend at Lake Norman each year before school begins. This was our favorite of many. The home was clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. We (the kids) enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks and the dock was perfect for our boat. It was so nice to have bathroom essentials already there as well as things for kitchen cleaning. We had a great stay!

We were very impressed with all the amenities provided by the host, top quality appliances, cooking and dining ware, games for children and adults, plenty of seating, on all 3 levels. Patio and dock were great to take in the outdoors. We are planning on staying there for our mother's 90 birthday next year. Fantastic weekend stay!

The property was as advertised. Clean and comfortable. Amenities were as advertised. The paddle boards and kayaks were a plus. Accomodated a family of 13 ( 3 generations) well.Lake Norman is a busy and populated area. We enjoyed our vacation!

Amazing house, perfect for 12 people. Lots of space to stay in during the heat, dock was perfect for swimming off of.

Paradise

It was a beautiful remodeled home. We loved the floor plan and interior design. Wonderful plentiful windows to enjoy lake views. The water equipment was so enjoyable. Our property manager was very attentive. The kitchen was well-stocked. The neighboring homes and docks are very nice and the neighborhood is beautiful.

Framily Vacation Pt 1

This was our first framily vacation with our best friends which included three couples with two kids each - 6 kids 5 and under. The house was PERFECT! It was clean, comfortable and had a great layout. We rented a pontoon for the weekend and used it to motor Across the lake and visit friends in Mooresville. We have already booked for next year.

LKN Paradise!

We enjoyed our stay in Denver at Dock Days home! It exceeded our expectations! The property manager is extremely quick to respond and take care of any questions we had. There was plenty of space for all 14 of us and even had extra stuff we didn’t know was there, but we enjoyed!! (SUP, life jackets, etc) Don’t hesitate to book this place. We would gladly come back again!

Awesome place

Great place lots of space and everything you need to have fun. Only down fall is it’s a little bit out there. For us it was fine but anyone looking for night life may have a hard time. Not many options for ride shares either. We had a blast for what we did though.

Okay

The house was clean, but it smelled like mildew on the ground level. Also, not sure if there have been cats in the house in the past- but everyone was having to take allergy medication. On a positive note, the house was well equipped, and the kids had fun playing in the water and using the provided paddle boards. Overall, we felt it was overpriced. Our trip was for a lacrosse tournament nearby, and maybe prices were higher due to increased demand, but we wouldn’t pay that much to stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay except for AC NOT working for 21/2 days!

Dock Days was a very nice house, the house was very clean when we arrived and we had a great first impression of everything as we all came in. We went for a family gathering for 4th of July. However, it quickly turned into a nightmare when we had no AC in the main area of the house from the first day we arrived and continued for 21/2 days. We were miserable since it was 85 degrees inside and trying to cook was the worst. I would recommend this property but I would ask about the AC units working first before arrival. It was 95 degrees outside and 85 inside. I wished that we could get those 21/2 days back because our experience was ruined by the fact that we were burning up.
