Gorgeous property on the lake. This was the second time we rented a property on Lake Norman and this property was so much better than another property where we previously stayed. We spent 2 days boating and also some time just simply floating in the lake. Close proximity to Davidson was a plus. House was clean with beautiful lake views. Great updated interior with newer kitchen and newer bathrooms. Responsive host.

What an amazing property! We’ve rented VRBO homes/condos many times in numerous areas-this is, by far, the most lovely, clean, equipped with many amenities, & with supplies that go beyond what might be expected. Great layout of home with plenty of space for our family of 6. And the property being on the lake-what views! Great toys for the water, which we enjoyed. So nice to become better acquainted with this area of Lake Norman and nearby Davidson -our granddaughter starting first year there was the inspiration for this family trip before she moved into her dorm. We hope to stay here again-much appreciation!

Perfect! The house is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. Comfortable beds & furniture, a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, lights on dimmers, perfectly placed nightlights, laundry supplies.. I could go on and on. The lake views are spectacular, the finishes are amazing and it has everything you could want for a day on the lake. We enjoyed the lounge chairs, umbrellas, floats, paddle boards and games. So close to restaurants and shopping. I loved drinking my coffee on the deck each morning, it was so peaceful. I wish we could have stayed longer and I hope we get to go back soon!

Everything about this house was top-notch. Everything you see in the pictures is how the house really looks. We heard that the lake was 5 feet below normal levels (June 2026), but that did not affect this cottage's dock or water access - the water was plenty deep. Great amenities, great hosts, great location and neighborhood. We had a wonderful time and want to come back!!

The whole process was smooth, and the property owners were very accommodating. The house and grounds were clean and well-appointed. The location is excellent. It feels quiet and secluded, but you are only a four-minute drive from 77.

Beautiful property! Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The house is very clean, has tons of amenities and everything we needed for a great stay. Location is fantastic, close to restaurants and grocery stores! The owner was super responsive! We were able to bring our own pontoon boat and having the boat access ramp and dock on property made our experience even better!

Perfect Place - met all of our needs!

Our family was in town from Massachusetts to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. The place was spacious, well equipped and very clean. Great location for all the events as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My 3 year old grandson asked me if we could please come to this nice house again sometime!

Amazing Lake House

Langtree Lakeside cottage is an idyllic getaway on a peaceful lake. Just 25 minutes from downtown Charlotte, our group was able to enjoy a fun lake day and a day downtown for a complete weekend. I will absolutely keep this in my favorites for when I next visit the Charlotte, NC area!

Fabulous lake home for a Davidson reunion

3 generations got together to celebrate a graduating senior. Wonderful layout…lots of space for everyone and a really nice deck and yard. Perfect for our weekend together.

So Charming!

Adorable home on a very quiet portion on the lake. Kids had so much fun with all the outdoor equipment provided. Loved all the little touches that made this an easy, fun, and relaxing stay!

A wonderful Thanksgiving

We gathered at this beautiful lake house to celebrate Thanksgiving. We were three generations from 5 different locations. The house was perfect: clean, spacious, fun and comfortable. We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful home

The home was immaculate and everything seemed "fresh" and new. More than enough room for the 6 of us. We loved the kayaks and paddleboards-we got plenty of use out of them! We loved everything about it and plan on staying there again!
