Oceanfront Relaxing Escape- Remodeled inside and out and Serene!

Unwind in this beautifully remodeled 3rd-floor oceanfront condo, located on the "traffic-free" section of Daytona Beach. Wake up to peaceful sunrises and enjoy unobstructed panoramic views of the ocean, beach, and pool from our specious 26' x 8' private balcony- perfect for relaxing in the mornings and/or evenings.

For your convenience, shampoo, conditioner, and body gel is provided in each bathroom. Also, some coffee pods, tea, and hot chocolate are provided to get you started!

Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully stocked space designed for comfort, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, washer &dryer, large flat-screen TVs in every room, quality linens, and cozy seating for lounging, dining, or simply taking in the ocean view. A work desk is available for remote work.

A deck box is stocked with many beach toys (boogie boards, skim boards, bocce ball, kites, pails and shovels to make sand castles etc, as well as beach chairs and umbrellas. Inside, our linen closet, beach towels are provided.

The primary suite offers a king-sized bed, private bath, flat-screen TV and direct balcony access for effortless indoor-outdoor relaxation. The second bedroom includes two full-sized beds, a flat screen TV and a full bath next to the room.

If possible, please start a load of used towels the night before you leave. Please place them in the dryer in the morning and load a second load in the washer the morning you leave. Thank you!
Please place any moved furniture back to its original place.
Please remember to leave your parking pass hung by the door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Our host, Monica, was the best! She was in touch with us prior to and during our stay to make sure everything during our stay was meeting our needs. The condo was neat and well organized and super quiet. Lastly the view of the beach from our deck was spectacular! Could not be happier!!

Beautiful condo and beautiful beach

We were at this condo for the month of March 2025. The condo was very nice and spotless upon our arrival. Beautiful big balcony and lots of beach toys for our grandkids who visited us during their school breaks. Walking distance to a few restaurants and a short drive to many more. Would highly recommend it.

Fabulous Beach Condo

The location is perfect, walk right out to the beach from the beautiful pool which is very clean and maintained daily. An awesome ocean view from the balcony, living room & bedroom. What an amazing place to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of real life. The balcony was inaccessible due to the ongoing hurricane repairs, but the view was still incredible. And the owners were the best with communication about everything and recommendations for the area. Cannot say enough about how great everything was. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Wonderful

Top notch customer service and responsiveness! We loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. The weather wasn't as warm as we would have liked but it was the perfect location for long walks on the beach and the kids loved using the skim boards and boogie boards, when they did brave the cold water. I appreciated having that stuff to use SO much, since we had flown down and couldn't pack stuff like that. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Daytona Beach! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Best Balcony in Daytona Beach Shores.

I can't say enough things about Monica and her unit. She went out of her way to make sure our stay was amazing. Her unit is just as pictured. I fell in love with it when I saw the photos and hoped it would meet my expectations ... and it did. I love the Sea Fern as it is a smaller property so no crowds. The condo is on the no drive beach, walking distance to Crabby Joe's on the Pier, covered parking. You don't have the hassle of a bunch of codes, keys or bracelets. Just your door code and that is it. There were beach towels and lots of games to play. The communication with Monica was always prompt. It is also convenient being on the 3rd floor as you are just one level up from the parking and two levels from the pool/beach so we didn't have to mess with the elevator. Just a few stairs. I'll definitely be back.

Our condo is family owned. We purchased it several years ago after visiting Disney World for the first time. We just happened to fall upon Daytona Beach and fell in love with it and knew that we wanted to buy a little slice of heaven to retreat tov when possible.

Why they chose this property

Daytona Beach Shores is a quaint city located beachside, with 5.5 miles of white-sand beaches! The Shores is on the barrier island directly south of Daytona Beach, Florida, and features the Atlantic Ocean on the east and the Halifax River on the west. We enjoy sunrise walks or bicycling, playing in the sand and surf, or enjoying the quiet solitude of the rising and setting sun. We also enjoy watching the boats sail and cruise along our waterways daily, making the views particularly scenic. The beaches are maintained with dunes that protect the natural habitat. We are truly a beachside retreat! We also enjoy the many nearby restaurants, Our top favorites are Boondocks and Our Deck Down Under. Our top favorite ice cream place is The Whole Scoop! No matter what your preference, there are many restaurants to choose from nearby!

What makes this property unique

Our property has one of the best views in Daytona. There are only 19 units, making our pool less crowded than most. Our deck is spacious and private. Our views span for miles. The inside of our condo is completely newly remodeled with upscale furniture and fixtures. We wanted to make we and our renters felt like they were staying in a relaxing beach oasis/retreat.
