We enjoyed our stay

The stay was wonderful. It was everything we needed. We had a party of 14 and had plenty of room! It was close to everything we wanted to do!

Family Getaway

Overall was a lovely home with modern style in decor. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Very comfortable. Didn’t want to leave. Property manager was great in responding to questions and getting amenities set up last minute. Thank you for a great stay!

Served it's purpose

We had some issues with our stay- the pool was extremely warm- we didn't contact the property manager until the 2nd day thinking maybe the family before us had the heater on- when it didn't get any cooler and the tech came out- they said the heater was never turned off- one bed upstairs was broken and slanted and they didn't send anyone out to repair it until the night before we left. WiFi was really bad and the TV didn't work well- we were unable to watch the soccer game. Slides at club house were not working and the pool was PACKED! It was a bummer because we choose the house for the slides. Response from owner was quick and they did try to accommodate/fix the issues. House was as described and beds were comfortable and clean. Overall we had a great stay with friends.

Regarding the pool heat, we turned it off the same day we were notified, as the previous guest had activated it without authorization. The bed was replaced as soon as a new one arrived, since you mentioned it wasn’t being used. The slides were undergoing maintenance, and we had communicated this in advance. We strive to respond within an hour, though messages sent outside business hours may take a bit longer. That’s why we offer a 24-hour emergency phone line for immediate assistance.
