It is a beautifully landscaped, well run comfortable property. The amenities are great. We had a delicious dinner at the restaurant, swam in the large pool daily, and made use of the laundry facilities.We enjoyed being so close to picturesque Driftwood Beach, lovely at sunrise or sunset.

Absolutely wonderful

We have nothing negative to stay about our visit. It was clean. The location was spectacular. The kids loved it and had a great time as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we can’t wait to come back! Side note: The no see-ums were TERRIBLE! This was the only downside of the trip! So make sure you bring/wear your bug spray! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nice but not ideal for older folks

Overall it's nice. The stairs are a little steep and only having one bathroom upstairs was not ideal for my parents but we made it work. There are a few things that need some attention, the bedroom door does not shut and there is a smell from likely mildew at one point or perhaps someone smoked in the unit. Bring your own coffee filters as there were none. Location was good and very friendly staff. Bedroom has ocean view which was really nice and company seemed easy to work with.

Family retreat

Convenient to pool. Ocean and restaurants. Beds were smaller than qeen size. Air conditioning wasn't working for 3 first days. Was fixed on monday. They came right out. No kitchen towels were there. Which would be helpful. Over all we had a great time. Really greatful we had a downstairs condo. It was great.

NO BEACH ACCESS FROM CONDO.

Property was clean and as described. No warning of stairs to bedrooms. Tv in 2nd bedroom was 12 inch monitor. Overall Jekyl Island if you are going to stay for more than 2 days shop elsewhere as prices are double and triple what they are anywhere else. If you want beach access go to south end of island as north end is huge boulders. Driftwood beach is nice tho.

Wonderful ocean view!

I have stayed at the Villas a number of times and decided to treat myself with an ocean view this time. It was well worth it! The view was wonderful and I could even hear the waves crashing on the rocks. Sunrise was beautiful from the upstairs balcony. The condo was nicely furnished and decorated. There were lots of dishes and glasses if you have a large party. So many, in fact, I needed to move some to make space for the food I brought. The appliances are all new, very nice. Parker-Kaufman was very responsive to my questions. They even brought over a DVD player when I saw there was none (it was in the listing). I would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Stay

If you are looking for a place to wind down and relax this is the spot. I was concerned about the parking as I had one arm in a sling and had to make several trips to unload but the parking was spot on and basically just outside the door. I was also concerned when I saw the Playground was located just outside the door. I never heard a sound from the inside, even when multiple children were playing there.The walk to driftwood beach is short and easily found, which is the main reason I booked at this location. It is quiet and set away from the traffic. The unit could use a little updating by mounting the bedroom TV, possibly using a smaller model. Ceiling fans would have been a welcome addition to the bedrooms as well. I did find a tower fan in the closet which I put to use, although the stand was broken I manage to make it work. The Kitchen is well stocked with cooking items and dishes you may require. They also have light blocking curtains which was definitely a plus.I highly recommend this location if you are looking to get away and relax.
