We live in beautiful Colorado where the weather is spontaneous and likes to keep us on our toes. Always pack a jacket and good pair of shoes. Expect the unexpected, drink plenty of water as we are at altitude and ensure you eat.

If you are visiting us during the winter months, YOU WILL NEED 4-WHEEL DRIVE or at the very least AWD. Here in Pagosa Springs we boast the most snow in Colorado. Expect to drive in snow, play in snow, shovel snow, and enjoy the snow.* REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED BECAUSE OF WEATHER CONDITIONS. There is travel insurance you can purchase separately*.

Guests will be provided access codes and check in instructions 48 hours prior to their arrival. There will also be a booklet within the home with instructions and suggestions for guests to enjoy.
Guests will be provided keyless entry. No contact is required. Should an emergency happen, guests will be provided the appropriate numbers to call.

This is an event friendly abode.

INTERNET IS PROVIDED BUT NOT GAURANTEED. We live in a small mountain town and service is spotty. The area the home is located has little to no service. Refunds will not be issued because of internet outages. Plan accordingly.
You will be located approximately 6-miles outside of Pagosa Springs, down what locals call, Piedra Road. Surrounded by tall pines and epic views, guests will have the best of both worlds. Close to town yet far enough away to feel like they're in the wilderness.
The home sits on ample acreage allowing guests plenty of room to roam. With front and back deck available and spacious living quarters we feel guests will be quite content.
Guests will have access to the entirety of the abode aside from the owner's closet.

Home is gated.
Here at Luxury Pagosa Lodge guests can lay their worries at the gated entrance. With 3-bedroom, 3-bath, fireplaces, log bar, massive kitchen, and views to astound. What more could one ask for? Located approximately 6 miles down Piedra Road or CR 600; guests will feel the separation from town and its bustling streets, without the fear of being lost in the woods. This home is located outside of town limits in a mountainous region: meaning service will be spotty. We provided internet for guest use, but internet is not guaranteed. To help alleviate boredom, the home has a plethora of games, space to roam and quiet relaxation at one's fingertips. Great for events, this property boasts space to languish and lounge and fresh mountain air aplenty. During the summer months guests will find a large manmade pond, available for paddleboarding, wading, splashing and enjoyment. This home is available for large gatherings and events (approval required).


Upon entry, guests will find themselves drawn into a spacious entry hall opening into large living area, expansive dining room and grandiose kitchen. A large TV with sofas, loveseat, and lounger are present to lure guests into sweet relaxation.
The dining area connected to the expansive kitchen boasts a private bar area where guests will find rocks glasses aplenty for whipping up any number of mountain inspired cocktail. The kitchen is any home chefs dream with double oven, 4 burners with griddle attached and spacious room to ready any number of scrumptious delicacies.
Offset from the dining area is the first bedroom where two queen beds will be provided and private bath with shower and dual sinks. Continuing through the living area guests will find the master bedroom where a bed fit for a king awaits to envelope and comfort. A private fireplace and large TV are also available for personal use in the master bedroom. Further through the room guests will find a spacious walk-in closet. A large bathroom is available with deep jacuzzi tub and waterfall shower with personal vanity's either side of the room.
A staircase will guide guests to a game area loft connected to the third and final bedroom with private bath and walk in closet with personal fireplace and TV. The bath boasts a jacuzzi tub with shower and double vanity.
The game area loft is large and provides separation where guests will be able to shoot a game of pool.
3 trundle beds are available for guest use should they require.
Guests will be approximately 6 miles outside of Pagosa Springs. During the winter months it is advisable guests have a vehicle with 4-wheel drive or at the least AWD. It will be slick in the winter, drive cautiously.

You can drive to some of our local hiking trails for a nice walk or snowshoe.
