Enjoy views of Pagosa Peak from the covered patio overlooking Pinon lake. This newly redecorated and remodeled townhome with central AC and heat is located in the Pagosa Lakes area,3 miles west of downtown. Within walking distance are the grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops, golf course, tennis courts, and recreation center. A short scenic drive will bring you to the Wolf Creek Ski area(25 minutes)and also several hiking and fishing destinations. Also close by is the famous Pagosa hot springs and tube/raft the beautiful San Juan River (10 minutes).

The 3 bedroom townhouse comfortably sleeps 6, 1 King, 1 Queen, One twin ,1 queen size sleeper sofa .Both bathrooms have double sinks with granite vanities as well as brand new tub/showers. New linens have been provided throughout. The master bedroom which has a 32 inch smart tv and Roku device (just bring your passwords)


and bathroom are located on the lower level along with the kitchen and dining room. Also on the lower level is the living room which boasts a gas fireplace and a new 42 inch LCD television with roku device .Free WI-FI is provided. The one additional bedroom and second bath are located on the upper level.

The full kitchen includes all new Whirlpool appliances and is fully equipped with all new dishes,cookware,and utensils. Coffee pot, keurig, and large crock pot. Plus there is a grill on the patio .A full size washer and dryer are located in the utility room also on the lower floor.

A small supply of paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper are supplied to get you started. Anything else needed can be purchased at Walmart.

Such a peaceful location and view from the condo. You get a lake and mountain view all in one. Had everything needed at the condo and the bed (only used one) was comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent Rental

Great location to restaurants and Walmart. The property was clean and very accommodating. All of our wants and needs were met. We used it for proximity to skiing and it was extremely convenient. The back patio overlooking the lake was very pleasant. We loved our stay, everything about it inside and outside (the Pagosa Springs area) was perfect.

Winter Wonderland

Only 30 mins from the slopes and easy access to Walmart. This condo is perfect. Only part I wish was different was the king mattress. A little soft for me but how can a rental please everyone ya know. If you’re looking for a great spot to get away in the mountains look no further.

Great place! Close to everything!

This was our first time to Pagosa Springs. It was a short stay but this condo was central to all of the fun things we did! Close to restaurants and grocery stores. My husband and I are walkers and we loved walking around the neighborhood in the am and evening.

Stayed for a few nights. House was very comfortable and the views were breathtaking with mountains and fall colored leaves for miles. Fortunate enough to see hot air balloons traveling close over head.

Quiet, comfy, great location

Perhaps the most well-equipped condo we’ve ever rented! When they say fully equipped kitchen, they mean it, and the FULL set of knives were actually sharp!! Loved sitting out by the little lake. Really appreciated the extra towels and lots of washcloths. Terrific location, too.

Property is clean, great location near uptown, easy to access hiking trails. Very easy to contact owner. Condo is very comfortable, great back porch to watch geese, deer and hot air balloons with mountains in background. Hope to be back soon!

What a wonderful property in a quiet neighborhood! The view from the back porch was amazing. The property was just as described in the listing. We especially loved that there were multiple recliners for sitting in - that was a major plus - the seating was so comfortable.

Pagosa springs

Our stay at the townhome was absolutely fabulous. Me and my family enjoyed everything about it; location, convenience to Wolf Creek skiing area, shopping, hot springs, etc., etc. It was very clean and looked just like the pictures on VRBO. We had one minor thing that I asked the owners to fix and they immediately fixed it. The communication was excellent! We loved it and we will definitely stay here again.

Great place!

My elderly mother, 2 teenage nieces, and I stayed for 2 nights. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was just as described in the listing. It was clean, comfortable, and had the essentials. The location was fantastic. There was a very peaceful and scenic view from the patio. I enjoyed drinking coffee while watching the geese on the pond. The neighborhood was quiet with not much traffic which was perfect for a morning run. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great location and amenities

We had a great stay at this space. It was plenty of room for our family of 5 and is in a great location. I was a bit surprised that it was a condo as the listing says entire home. There weren’t a great deal of pictures of the actual building. That said, though not what we were expecting, the space was nice. We had pretty much everything needed, but if you are staying for a week, you may want to bring/buy extra paper towels and toilet paper. That was the only thing we ran low on. The front and parking area are super dark at night, and though there are lights, I could not find a way to turn them on. Not a huge issue, but something that would be helpful. Overall the place was fairly clean, though some areas need some attention. We didn’t have to reach out to the host for any reason while there, as they left great instructions for check in and check out. I did reach out before booking and they were quick to respond.we stayed here for a ski trip, so for the most part we were there to sleep and for a few meals, but we did make use of the dvds and watched The Chronicles of Narnia one night.

Would not recommend

While we loved the place we would not rent from them again. They had unrealistic expectations that were not communicated with us beforehand such as not using the towels and washcloths to clean up after hiking. They also lied and said we left the place dirty when we absolutely did not! Would not recommend as they stuck it to us with a $300 extra fee after the fact.

We went to Pagosa Springs ,Colorado in mid July on vacation. My family fell in the love with this area. Hiking in the San Juan National forest,tubing down the San Juan River,sitting in the pagosa hot springs and shopping in downtown Pagosa! So a week after we got home to Texas we made an offer on this beautiful townhome. Hopefully in the next 10 years or so we will retire to this beautiful area.

This property has a one of a kind view of Pagosa peak and Pinon Lake from our back patio. Centrally located to everything in the Pagosa Springs area. Walking distance to coffee shops,restaurants,and grocery store.The interior of the townhome makes you feel right at home,in the warm and cozy southwestern decor.
