Excellent Property and Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this extremely well-appointed guesthouse. Roomy and comfortable for my husband, our small dog, and me. We loved the private patio and the automatic screen for shade was a plus. This beautiful location can't be beat - and so close to our favorite places: Ventana Canyon, Sabino Canyon, Tohono Chul Gardens, and the east side of Saguaro National Park. Bert and Gigi, the owners, couldn't have been nicer. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we'd love to come back again!

Excellent Rental Property

Everything was as advertised. The space is well appointed with new top end appliances, a terrific sleep number mattress and very comfy furniture. Terrific location near hiking and great restaurants. Also our host Bert communicated quickly. We would rent this space again for sure.

An idyllic space.

We extended our stay and the five star ratings say it all. This is a new, quiet, private, cool, roomy and very clean guesthouse. The kitchen is very well outfitted if you're cooking in but there are some great restaurants within minutes as well. The hosts were available if needed before and during our stay. Gigi helped us plan our hikes one of which was in their backyard, the Ventana Canyon, well we had to drive to the trailhead, perhaps 4 minutes away. A beautiful pool was a welcome afternoon space after morning hikes, the sleep number bed and nice linens enhanced restful nights.

As native Tucsonans you aren't going to find hosts that know or love Tucson more than we do. Married 30 years, we built our main home in this ideal part of Tucson just over seven years ago. We decided to add a guesthouse to our property a few years back so my father could live next door. The space was designed for beauty, functionality and privacy. As we transition now to inviting visitors from all around the world to come and share in the beauty of this special place, we look forward to being wonderful hosts. With out daughter away at college and our son preparing to graduate from high school it is the perfect time to open the guesthouse to visitors. We will not be nosy hosts, but available for assistance and questions as you determine. Come to Tucson! Spend time in Sabino Canyon, on the golf courses, in the mountains and in our very best Mexican restaurants.

We feel blesses to have a special VRBO that is unique to our area in Tucson. We are literally right next door to the fabulous Lowe's Ventana Canyon Resort. Their 36 holes of golf is open to the public, as are their exceptional restaurants. You can walk out the front door of the property and be on the porch at the Flying V restaurant in no more 8 minutes, or jump in your car and drive less than two miles away for the world famous El Charro Mexican food. Sit on the porch patio and watch countless cyclists, sometimes world renowned cyclists, ride up Kolb road as they train in our spectacular weather. Having just been built in 2022 - everything is brand new and beautiful. Come to relax, come to work - come and enjoy a truly unique spot in the desert southwest.
