Step back in time to our 2 bedroom/1 bathroom shabby chic remodeled historic home built for the Dam workers in 1936 for the Hoover Dam construction.
Boulder City is a unique small town close to the Hoover Dam, Henderson and about 20 miles from the Las Vegas strip. Enjoy near by hiking and history. Boulder City boasts a great small town feel with lots of antique shops, history and many one of a kind restaurants. Most of the towns restaurants' kitchens close by 8pm, bars stay open much later. Sorry, no gambling in Boulder City.

People watch wile sitting on the front porch, enjoy the fire pit and privacy in the side yard. There is no backyard. An apartment connected to the back wall of the house (you will never see the long term tenants- their entrance is via the alley).

Comfortable Home in Great Location

This is a great home located walking distance from downtown Boulder City. The beds are VERY comfortable, and the home is decorated with kitschy charm. It was very clean, and equipped with all the essentials. The owners are good communicators. I arrived 10 minutes early, and without realizing it, tried to enter with the code they gave me. I contacted them when it didn’t work, and they graciously informed me I was early (whoops…), and kindly let me in. I would not hesitate to stay here again the next time I go to Boulder City.

Great place to stay

The home was extremely clean, located in a quiet neighborhood. It was really cozy and cute. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed. Very thoughtful host!! Thank you, would definitely stay there again.

Great stay and very helpful host

I love the neighborhood, its quiet and comfortable with lots of fun things to do very close by. When we checked out I forgot my cooler in the unit. The Host was kind enough to re-set the door code and let us back in later that day so I could pick it up. very prompt and helpful communication.
