Worst experience EVER

We had 8 people, a truck towing a boat, and a car full of groceries when we pulled up to the VRBO. Owner never sent us access instructions even though we paid in full a. month before stay. We would tell the home was occupied when we arrived. We called and messaged owner many times. After about 30 mins, he said the home was not available. That was the only text we got and he wouldn't talk on the phone. It was a very busy week in Vegas and it was hard to find a place to stay last minute. We had to split our family into two hotel rooms and we had to throw most of the groceries away since we had no fridge.
