Calgary trip.

Place looks better in pictures and the ground was muddy, considering I had my parents with me that are both handicapped(one is blind). I expected much better.

If you had disclosed the family situation in your booking requests, your reservation would have been declined. The property is not ideal for the family situation that you described. you probably need a wheelchair and not a property with stairs for easy access and for the safety of the senior. We decided not to pursue the fee for the extra guests checked in without the host's authorization because of the situation that you described, you booked for two people and you checked in three adults. Wishing you and the family the very best.
