A Bad Experience with VRBO Reservation for Baltimore, Maryland.

I paid VRBO for 3 nights at Baltimore, Maryland. We traveled all the way from Chicago with my family including my 90-year old Mom. Unfortunately, when we reached the place, the unit was not available and someone was staying there. How could you do that to your customer? My Mom was so tired and wanted to rest. It wasreally a traumatic experience for us, because we are not familiar with the place. The Host was Tiffany Daniels, and she took the payment as it was deducted from my account. Please return my payment. Thank you. PS. Who should I call to to discuss about my payment.
