not gentle sloping yard not good fot elderly

It was a very nice getaway. We enjoyed our stay.I don't think it was worth the price for the amount of disrepair. The screening on porch had some large open areas. The backyard had broken glass and a few beer bottle tops. Some areas of the dock had broken railing. It smelled like wet dog when we first walked in. And the tire swing had tread poking out making it unuseable for my kids. Old furniture I never left the porch for fear of falling The steps to house unlevel
