I typically use Vrbo to have a more “home-like” experience. This place was worse than a hotel and the apartment had no extra amenities to make it easier (ie- no salt, pepper, cooking oil, or anything). In addition the building manager and security were rude and made the end of my stay extremely uncomfortable. I will not return to this place I’m on my next visit nor would I recommend it to others.

Hello. We have lots of amenities in the apartment and in the building. We have all the utensils you need to cook. They are all listed. But we don’t have any food, salt or oil left in the apartment. The building has a very convenient mini market. Also there are many markets close by. The building personnel can go to the markets for you if you desire. Usually I receive lots of compliments regarding the building staff. I am sorry the building manager was rude to you.

Ótimo local! Apartamento limpo e conforme o anúncio. Fiquei aqui durante o carnaval para fácil acesso ao Parque do Ibirapuera. Acesso 10min a pé e pode-se escutar os bloquinhos do apartamento se abrir a janela.Ótima estadia, nada a reclamar.

Localização é ótima, fácil acesso a outras regiões da cidade. O check in e check out foi super fácil e o pessoal do condomínio tbm muito gentil e educados. A limpeza diária tbm ajuda muito. Só sugiro um upgrade na cama e travesseiros que são be básicos. Ar condicionado e chuveiro ótimos.

Excelente localização.

Cecília foi muito gentil conosco. Tem um restaurante que podemos acessar direto do prédio. Boa comida e tem desconto para hóspedes do prédio. Garagem no piso inferior (útil em dias de chuva). Lembrar que as diárias são em dólares americanos, tem IOF internacional para pagar no seu cartão de crédito.
