About this property

Country lodge 15 min. from all your needs!

This is a older log cabin built in 1992, with a newer addition.it offers 3700 sq ft on 10 private treed acres... Lots of room for all guests to relax and enjoy some downtime. The open floor plan is great for visiting.
In the galley style kitchen is well stocked for your cooking needs with dishes, pots & pans and much more.
In the great room you'll enjoy a quiet place to sit and relax or share conversations with friends & family.
There's a large table to play games, eat a meal , or just gather together.
The property is a pathway for many wild animals. Turkey, deer, elk, moose.... occasionally a spider, frog or mosquitoes may visit.
Guest will find plenty of parking as they arrive down the long driveway.
There are no washer or dryer available at this time, but coming soon.
We are located 15 minutes from Silverwood Theme Park & beautiful Coeur d’Alene. There are endless activities nearby including, Triple Play Family Fun Park, Hayden Lake, Lake Ponderay (famous for the submarine testing), hiking, biking & walking trails, swimming, fishing & many more activities. The lodge is also located close to many shopping & restaurants options.

The hall cabinets labeled private by tape, garage, basement, outdoor buildings are for homeowners use only. Absolutely NO food or drink in bedrooms.
No flushing of feminine products down toilets. It plugs up the septic lines. A $500. charge will be added to your account to repair if this happens.
Hayden is on high alert for fires so, NO OPEN FIRES. Gas fire pits are provided for your use.

Great property with gracious hosts!

This was the perfect property for our family get together. It was a nice quiet country location close to Silverwood. Would definitely stay here again.

The home was clean and spacious, the beds are comfortable the kitchen was a great place to cook , nice quiet , relaxing atmoshere, nice large common area for playing games , reading or just chatting. Very nice large decks for enjoying morning coffee. A very comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.

Opted for cheaper

This was a last minute stay, there were two properties to choose from this one was cheaper. This property does not have a washer and dryer. This was my bad for not checking closely. There are two points one of which was a big deal. The owner walked us through the house for check in. They stayed in a trailer on the property. Not a big deal but a little uncomfortable. The other issue I believe will be cleared up as the property owner really was great, but there were Hobo spiders, we killed a few of them. This is hard to not give at least a 4 star it was clean and a nice place but we had kids sleeping in the rooms where we killed the spiders.

Wouldn't stay again.

We had to meet the host when we arrived which made us uncomfortable. She was telling us to take off our shoes, keep doors shut, turn off lights and talked about the smell of the water. We had a book we could have easily followed. I would say 50% of the dishes in the cabinet were dirty and we had to clean them prior to using them. You could tell the place was lived in by the owners when it is not rented. The pictures on the site do not show all the personal effects that are in the place. The host told us the last renters wrecked some chairs and when we sat outside some were already ripped and damaged and when my son sat in the chair it ripped more. She should have pulled that to the side and now she is sending me a picture for payment. I would like to know how many people she has charged chairs for. She also stayed on the property, which made us uncomforable.
