The Magnolia is a new home equipped with all the modern luxuries, while still being immersed in nature. Four bedrooms, three with Kings and one with two Singles. This spacious place can sleep up to 10 comfortably.

Huge living room plus separate lounge area with couch for the entire family, plus a smart TV. For Winter we have thermostats on both floors to keep it warm and cozy. Summer we have AC (central air).

Modern kitchen with all new appliances; coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, and microwave, plus everything you'll need for meal prep and cooking, bring your extra spices though if just salt & pepper don't cut it! The kitchen also has an island with stools, as well as a separate large dining table nook.

Three bathrooms, 1 ensuite.

Washer & Dryer are on the second floor, we provide laundry detergent.

A Mad Men inspired wet bar in the basement for entertaining, plus a space on the second floor for stretching, relaxation, or meditation.

Large deck with patio furniture and propane grill, plus a spacious yard with bluestone fire pit, hammock, and front porch with rocking chairs.

Side Yard unheated seasonal pool (open from Memorial-Labor Day), 4ft deep, by 24ft in circumference with a deck and lockable ladder.

Hot tub is open all year.

Located just outside Saugerties, with Woodstock 11 mins away, and Kingston 28 mins away, you are central to so many towns. This property is immersed in nature, but central, which we love! Please be aware it’s still the country, storms do cause power outages sometimes.
