Fully-remodeled 4 bed/2 bath with hot tub & large yard. An Ideal location in Tech Terrace near the University. Perfect for large groups or families attending Tech games or events. Three blocks to grocery store, J&B Coffee & Capital Pizza.
Pets are allowed for an extra fee.
The space
MetaModern Lubbock House is my newest AirBnb. Sleek, modern, spacious, clean and lots of natural light. Most artwork throughout house boasts Lubbock musicians/artists and historic Lubbock events. Top of the line bedding and linen provide a comfortable stay, as well as a full kitchen stocked with full fridge, gas stove/oven, microwave, dish washer, essential pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. Local coffee provided. For entertainment, there is a 6-person hot tub, corn hole, basketball and karaoke. Large front porch and back yard for privacy. Large bedrooms with organic soap, shampoo & conditioner provided in both bathrooms.

My family and I stayed here for a couple of days and we enjoyed it!! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house is spacious, clean, and up to date! Definitely recommend!

Perfect rental

The property was perfect for our group of 6. We were in town for the football game; it was a great location, close to campus. Great neighborhood, short walk to a local brewery, coffee shop & Capital Pizza .Communication with the host was excellent. He responded quickly when i had trouble with the door code. The issue was resolved within minutes of reaching out to him. The home was very clean & tidy. It is spacious, nicely decorated and large bedrooms with comfortable beds. We will definitely keep this property on our list for any future trips.
