Great visit!

We had a great experience staying here and would book again! The communication with the property manager was excellent and they were able to quickly get us information that we needed for the visit. The backyard was enjoyable as well and provided a nice area to unwind in the afternoons and evenings.

Did not feel safe, sorry

I did not feel safe in this neighborhood after a street guy came knocking at the door shortly after I Arrived to this house. He would not leave until I notified police who arrived quickly! . Why this house in the whole neighborhood—- maybe I was being watched? Nothing else matters after that.

Hi there, we’re so sorry you had an experience where you felt unsafe. We’ve never received any feedback of that nature, and we do have cameras in the front and back of our property. The neighborhood is safe, as far as we know, and the officer that came out echoed that sentiment and reiterated your safety. He believed it to be a college student looking to earn money by painting the house numbers on the curb - not quite an unsafe situation. Regardless, the property is secure and your review doesn’t share the same sentiment as the previous or since.

Cannot wait to book again!!

We just LOVE this house. Everything from the decor, to location, to communication with the homeowner. We have stayed in a number of houses in Lubbock but this one has them all beat. I am not sure why I give this house such praise because it will only make it extremely difficult to book in the future. Ha. Do yourself a favor...book this house. You will not be disappointed. If my TTU daughter had it her way, we would by this house for the remainder of her time in Lubbock. Ha ha. Thanks again for the beautiful place to stay and even better hospitality. Until next time!!

House extremely dirty, floor not mopped, no soaps, non working appliance-mixer. Bathrooms not ADA compliant. the house was overwhelming with toxic air fresheners. House needs repair, shower heads dripping and need adjustments. Need lamps and bulbs that aren’t burned out. Won’t rent again

The cutest house!!

This house was soooo cute. Did not hang in the back, but there was some construction going on it seemed. And I would have loved normal sized shampoo/cond/body wash in the shower. Other than that, it was perfect!! They had complimentary snacks and that was super sweet and handy as well 😊💗
