Two blocks away, you have J&B Coffee, Capital Pizza, Brulee Bakery, Goodline Brewery/Taproom, and groceries! Families love staying at High Cotton! In town for a sporting tournament? This is the most beautiful neighborhood in Lubbock. You will be sitting right on the beautiful Wagner Park with lots of amenities within walking distance. A block away is another large park where people hangout with their dogs, laze in the sun or gather with all their friends. There are bike paths, walking paths and Lime Scooters on every corner. You couldn't ask for a better neighborhood!
