For a larger family, this was a perfect spot. Plenty of space for all of us and comfortable rooms. Kids loved the ping pong table. Walking distance to the grocery store was very convenient. Neighborhood felt safe. We would stay here again.

This house is sparkling clean and ready for guests. It's our one-night stop on the way to New Mexico and it's perfect. We looked forward to the game room and ping pong and it delivered. The bedrooms are pristine, washer dryer is ready, kitchen has just enough, and plenty of space to spread out for a large family. Recommend.

I loved this place! It’s a very comfortable and peaceful home. The owner is very responsive and checked in to make sure things were going well. I came to town to take care of a stressful family situation while still trying to work remotely. This place provided a lovely respite from the chaos and gave me a place to connect remotely to my home-base. It’s definitely a 5-star, two thumbs up kinds of place. I will definitely look this place up again for any future travels to Lubbock.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—just minutes from the Texas Tech campus, which made moving our daughter into college so convenient.
