This home is a perfect gathering space for family and friends, while just a short walk to the beach. The main entertaining area features a large covered deck. Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, less than 100 yards from the beach, near barrel 99. Located in the heart of Crystal Beach, with amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy a spacious living area with an open concept kitchen, fully stocked.

Cleaning fee includes towels, linens, starter set of basic paper goods and soaps.
Cargo lift is not available for use, due to insurance liability issues.

Beautiful Beach house

This place is well equipped from kitchen to bathrooms. Beds are very comfortable the whole place is very spacious enough for all my family we really enjoyed staying here. Definitely recommend this stay for your next stay and it’s just a few steps away from the beach.

SummerVacay

The instructions for checking in and out were very clear. The overall cleanliness of the rental was great. There were just a couple of things that may have been overlooked from the previous cleanings from renters. There was a dried up spill in the door of the refrigerator and a big spot on the deck that looked like tar. It was a pleasure renting this property and look forward to staying here again!!!

Family getaway with just ladies and 3 toddlers

Fabulous location and property. Only suggestion would be to have a folder with instructions about TVs/fans/miscellaneous info. We would definitely stay here again and tell others about how great our stay was. Many thanks for making our stay memorable.

Perfect stay!

Our family of 6 absolutely loved the location of this house! We were able to walk without shoes to the beach every day and set up our canopy. There’s a beautiful view of the beach right from the balcony without leaving the house. There’s even an excellent view from the room with one bunk bed in it. They had plenty of towels and wash rags and even beach towels. Some dish detergent and laundry detergent was provided. We brought our own beach chairs, toys, coolers, tents. One thing that would make this house even more appealing would be inside and outside games/activities to stay active around the house. Corn hole, giant Jenga blocks, and family board games would’ve been an added bonus. (Maybe the owners will read this and get for future guests). Our stay was impeccable, communication with the owner was excellent. Clean and tidy place, zero complaints.
