Washer Dryer, Large Driveway ( will fit 12 cars or RV parking). (NO PARTIES) 10 minutes to the Beach (Depending on traffic) 3 public Golf Courses within 5 minutes. Plus the Bradenton Country Club (Private). 5 minutes to Grocery Stores, Shopping centers, and more. Walking distance to view Manatees and riding horses in the bay.

Why they chose this property

I don't think there's a nicer Vacation rental in all of Bradenton. This is a dream location and a Dream location. Bring your boat, Fish off the dock (No Fishing license is needed fishing off private docks) Enjoy the pool, Large 65-inch TV with over 200 channels including local. WiFi, Large stocked Kitchen.
