The outside door was extremely dirty and had us wondering what we got ourselves into before entering. There was a hidden 100 fee to use amenities and to park. This was unexpected and we were not happy about it. The elevators broke while we were there and the entire building had to use two elevators. This caused us to wait in line for an hour for an elevator. The alternative was walk 19 flights of stairs with luggage. We stayed in Destin for the same price and nights, that was much better. Whole house and private pool. This rental unfortunately ruined our experience in PCB and we will not be returning.

Overall, our first impression of the unit was positive. The property was clean, and we were looking forward to our family vacation.Unfortunately, on our first day, a water-related issue caused intrusion from the entry corridor into the kitchen area. Maintenance did assess it, but communication and urgency from management were limited.On the second day, a major water main break affected the Panama City Beach area. While that was beyond the property owner’s control, the response and guest support were disappointing. There was little proactive communication, no alternative accommodations, and no meaningful assistance despite the lack of water. We were told nothing could be done and that no refund would be considered.By the third day, water service still had not been restored, and for sanitation and health reasons, we made the difficult decision to leave early.I do want to recognize Mr. Bo Maddox from maintenance, who was professional, courteous, responsive, and genuinely concerned about guest well-being. He was the one positive aspect of an otherwise frustrating experience.If you are considering this property, I would encourage you to consider how guest concerns are handled when unexpected issues arise. For us, the lack of timely communication, support, and flexibility during the water outage was very disappointing.
