Enjoy easy access to several major roadways, which makes traveling around the city quite convenient. Walt Disney World and all of its magical, must-visit attractions are eight and a half miles away. A short drive will take you to Lake Toho and several lakes offering fishing, golfing, and dining. Other must-visit attractions include SeaWorld (10 miles), Universal Studios (15 miles), International Airport (20 miles), and downtown Orlando (21 miles).

This splendid home has been recently updated to provide you with the ultimate relaxation spot! The star though has to be the screened outdoor pool with a pool hoist. It's perfect for cooling down during the warm summer months and a great way to create everlasting memories with your loved ones. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
