The Texas Ranch Cottage is stylish with a mid-century modern meets retro meets Texas chic vibe. All surfaces and furnishings are meant to be lived in and enjoyed! The home is perfect for a couples weekend and can sleep 4 couples comfortably; a great girls weekend (up to 10), or a family trip with a 1/2 acre backyard with corn hole, washers, frisbee golf, football as well as lights to enjoy the patio seating day or night. Cuisinart 5 burner gas grill, outdoor fire pit (Chimenea) and table seating plus extra folding tables and chairs available for your crowd!

You'll enjoy the entire house including 4 bedrooms (one doubling as an office), 3 full baths (2 Master's with ensuites), Living room with 65" Internet TV, chef's kitchen with table for 8 and 2 top bar seating, wine/liquor bar area with Nespresso coffee maker. Fireplace area is centered around comfy swivel chairs ready for gossip and wine (or a night cap). Access to the laundry room with XL Maytag washer and dryer - no need to take your dirty laundry home! The .5 acre backyard has tons of seating to eat outside, sit under the giant oaks and gaze up at the stars. Lights stringing through the trees are on a dusk to dawn timer beckoning your group to enjoy the evening outside!

Great Option!

Beautiful, quiet, and conveniently located. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for our group of five. Well-stocked, clean, with fun decor. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!
