The living room offers a comfortable sofa for relaxing with your favorite show. With a mix of king, queen, full, and twin beds, everyone can sleep soundly. Whether you’re gathering for a meal or enjoying quiet moments, this beautiful home provides a quaint and inviting atmosphere. Your stay offers access to community amenities, including a pool and a kids' play and picnic area. You will also find nearby trails and food options for that craving. We invite you to enjoy your time in San Antonio at our lovely home.

Sleeping:

1st Bedroom: The Master has a King and sleeps TWO (included in base booking.
2nd bedroom: Queen size Sleeps TWO (included in base booking.
3rd bedroom: Full-size Bunk bed sleeps ONE each, TWO total (extra fee based on booking count) **
4th bedroom: Two Twin sizes beds sleep ONE each, TWO total (extra fee based on booking count) **

The un-booked bedroom(s) will be inaccessible to keep them clean. A full 8-person booking opens all rooms.

** If you want specific bedrooms, let us know. Maximum bedrooms are available for fully booked guests. The extra bedrooms incur added cleaning fees.

Kitchen/Dining:

Full set of appliances with a double sink. Includes a dual Keurig coffee pot, air fryer, rice cooker, and plenty of seating. There are plenty of cooking pots and utensils for the cook in your group.

Living Space:

The TV has a Roku in guest mode, allowing you to walk around your favorite pay services, knowing they will reset when you leave. Much free content is also available.

Internet: We provide 1GB of fiber Wi-Fi for the whole house.

Outside:

There is a back patio with seating and landscaping to enjoy.

Community:

The community has an outdoor pool and playground (Pool requires a keycard. Ask the owner. There is a fee for a lost pool keycard.)
Community Pool is located at 410 Navasota Dr. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Pool daily hours are different at different seasons.

Fees:

Texas, Bexar County, and San Antonio City required us to charge Hotel Occupancy Taxes: Rates: State 6% + County 1.75% + City 9% = 16.75%. We waived our Management fee of $30/night for all our guests.

This is a NON-SMOKING Home! Not inside or outside (fire hazard). There is a minimum $500 fee for smoking clean up, no exceptions.

Great news! There would be no Hotel Occupancy Taxes for bookings for 30 days or more. Save big for those long stays. Business, transitional, and insurance needs welcome… Ask us for more details.

Clean and comfortable

This was a wonderful home for a weekend stay in San Antonio for our family. It was spacious, very clean, and kitchen was very well equipped. We didn't use the pool but it looks like a lovely community pool and is within walking distance from the house. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area for convenience. Would definitely stay here again.

Exactly what we needed!

This house was very accommodating for our group. We came to town for a funeral and needed somewhere for us to all stay. Plenty of supplies and towels. Pool was nice for the kids. Responsive hosts. Would recommend.

Great Stay

Our family was in SA to attend to my daughter who had minor surgery which means we were at the home for most of our stay. The home was very comfortable, the neighborhood was very peaceful, and it had what we needed within a short drive. The grocery store about 1/2 a mile away as well as many other stores and restaurants within a 10 minute drive. We'll definitely check availability next time we plan a trip to SA.

Very pleasant stay

The property was as advertised and the property manager/owners were great. The house was very clean and had been prepared for our arrival. The kitchen has all the appliances, flatware, plates, and miscellaneous equipment you'll need and the house is well stocked with towels, bed linens, laundry detergent and other items to make your visit comfortable and convenient. The property is 2 minutes away from the grocery store so anything else a guest may need is close at hand. The neighborhood is clean, quiet, and friendly. All around a very pleasant stay!

Great place to stay in San Antonio

Quiet neighbourhood and spacious home makes it ideal for family or work travel. Internet is fast. Huge kitchen and dining room with seats for 10 plus visitors. Well equipped kitchen. No carpets makes it very clean and sanitary. Laundry is top notch whirlpool and works well. Only cons would be no shower kits. It’d be convenient for business travelers if they didn’t have to pack liquids using carryon luggage only.

GREAT HOME , LOCATION, & STAY

My family and I had a wonderful 2nd stay at Tiffany & Dave's home. Home is spacious, always clean, Neighborhood is quiet, and response times are always quick. We celebrated my 21 year old's birthday with alll her friend's 😫so although I did try my best to keep reminding them - sometimes they lost track🤦🏽‍♀️ , but the neighbors were very nice and understanding to the 21 year old's and their loud voices🙄🤦🏽‍♀️smh. There were a few unforeseen situations that occurred, but Mrs.Tiffany was so helpful , patient, and understanding when she didn't have to be. Thanks for everything Tiffany. Our stay was great💜 Thanks so much
