Beautiful executive home in a gated communIty on the 9th fairway at Northern Hills C. C. in Northeast San Antonio. Ten min. from Airport, 20 min. from Downtown, close to all major highways. House is 3000 Sq. ft. with very open floor plan & high ceilings. Tiled 1000 Sq. patio which is like a large extra room, very private, a tropical paradise with 3 different types of palm trees, hot tub & outdoor billiards table. You can while away the time or just sit and relax & enjoy the beautiful bug free evenings that only south Tx. can offer.
The cassita(3rd bedroom) is separated from the house by breezeway complete with full bathroom and tv. so if you have 2 couples it is very private. Media room is only room upstairs complete with 60 in. Samsung Smart tv, with sound bar and half bath. This room can accommodate additional sleepers with new aero queen size blow up mattress. Other features include cable TV, DSL wireless internet & house alarm. We have additional TV’s in main living room off kitchen and in Master Bedroom.

San Antionio is a premier tourist destination. There's so much to do here - World famous beautiful River Walk, The Alamo, Six Flags, Sea World, tons of golfing and shopping. Hill Country and quaint Tx. towns are close by as well as the 200 plus premium Outlet Store in San Marcos just 25 miles away.

This was a stay where we wanted to feel like we were on vacation while we were working, this VRBO allowed for the perfect working staycation! 10/10 would book again :) so homey, perfect home to host in!

Weekend getaway

Property was extremely spacious and clean. The family was more than comfortable in the casita and overall ample space for entertainment. The jacuzzi was relaxing and very easy to use. I would definitely recommend this property and plan to return for our next visit. Host was easy to contact and very reaponsive with questions and recommendations. Check in was quick and easy.

Perfect home for our family vacation!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this house. Communication prior to our stay was quick and easy. Lots of helpful instructions before our stay and in the home which was helpful. The home was clean, had plenty of space and a nice outdoor area. We loved how each family had their own bathroom and plenty of space. Would definitely stay there if we visit Texas again!

Lovely, elegant home.

Lovely, comfortable home next to golf. Has a hot tub but we were too busy to jump in. Visiting for our grandson’s Airforce boot camp graduation. The house had everything needed and was conveniently located. We would stay again.

Great Experience and property

Pearl was amazing to work with! We had a last minute rental, with their plans and ours and she was SO accommodating. The property was clean and extremely well stocked. The pictures don't do it justice. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful home, and we were all very comfortable. We have plans to return!

Comforts of home with the feel of a retreat!

I was looking for a place that would encourage conversation and games with my teenagers and their friends while allowing for quite time with my husband. This was the place! The house is so nice with everything we needed. We spend a so much time in the game room and on the patio. It has all the comforts of home but the feel of a retreat. And the owners were so great and easy to communicate with. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. Loved every bit of our stay here!

Nice House Near San Antonio attractions

Comfortable house for 3 couples and very reasonably priced for the size of the house; we enjoyed the patio and the pool table (except at night when bugs were out); kitchen was well stocked; lots of instructions from the owner; we had a minor issue with the A/C in the casita and since the owner was out of town, my husband had to cycle the circuit breaker himself; gated community was a little misleading as the community consisted of 10 houses on a cul de sac with a gate; we had difficulty finding places to walk near the house which was disappointing; we did enjoy 3 golf courses approximately 15-20 minutes from the house; owner provided several restaurant recommendations that were good; spent several afternoons on the Riverwalk enjoying the bars and restaurants. Would recommend to others who don't mind driving to these attractions.

Great place, great location.

We came to San Antonio to visit relatives in the area. There were 4 adults and this home fit our needs perfectly. The common areas were roomy and comfortable, and everyone had their own personal space. The media room was a big bonus. A quiet place to read or do yoga while other stuff was going on elsewhere. Everything was very clean. All the basics, plus lots of little extras were there so we only needed to purchase our food and beverages. This isn't always the case, but it certainly makes things easier, and was greatly appreciated. It felt like staying at a friend's home. From the house it was easy to get to everything, and it is just a short 10 minute drive to the airport. This was handy since we were coming in and leaving at different times. Pearl was easy to communicate with, and all the house instructions she provided were clear and easy to follow. There was one little snafu with the entry gate into the neighborhood, but it was fixed immediately. Very friendly neighbors too. We enjoyed everything, would highly recommend this property, and hope to be back. Thank you!

Disappointing

The good, house is well stocked with everything you need and is good size. The owner was responsive and there were no issues accessing the property. The bad, the pictures of exterior are old. The courtyard is not enclosed in the back and wide open to the side where people can see and enter. The jacuzzi is not screened off from this opening, so if you are in the jacuzzi anyone can see. That being said, we did not spend any time in the courtyard or the jacuzzi. We were women traveling alone and did not feel comfortable or safe. In addition, we were extremely disappointed in the area and neighborhood. The area is primarily apartments and the neighborhood is dilapidated with abandoned tennis courts at the entry. This neighborhood and home was not at all what we were expecting in a gated community on the golf course. We thought is was also strange that there were no televisions in the bedrooms. There were notes and instructions taped up all over the house which could have been just placed in the house book.... and lots of personal pictures throughout the home, that made it feel pretty creepy. The alarm codes and door access codes were pre-printed in the house book- so it appears that they never change those codes. That caused a lot of uneasiness for us- as we had no idea how many other people or what kind of people had those codes- this made us feel unsafe. I would not stay in this home again.

This beautiful property is exactly as described, even better when you see it in person. Extremely clean offering everything needed it for our 12 day stay i.e. fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, cooking utensils, extra large pantry w blender, crock pot, & kitchen items found in our own homes. Ms Pearl & Mr Paul responded expeditiously to questions & concerns as these came up. The location couldn’t have been better for groceries, restaurants, fast food & medical needs. Wheel chair easy to maneuver around home w ample space to access different rooms. We consider ourselves lucky to have found this beautiful home for our medical needs. Will definitely recommend this property for anyone desiring the comforts of home and the beautiful greenery surrounding this property. This is a jewel property in the San Antonio area.

WOW! Amazing home

This home is exceptionally beautiful and has everything you need to feel at home including high quality kitchen equipment and dishes. Very quiet. The MOST comfortable beds we’ve slept in any rental or hotel and we travel a lot. Pearl is so thoughtful and checked in just to make sure everything was going well. We had several of our local family members stop by to visit and everyone was amazed. We visit San Antonio often and my husband said this is where we need to stay from now on.

Terrific stay!

The property was amazing. Plenty of living space. I love to cook and the kitchen was wonderful, ample space, plenty of kitchenware to use. We are used to sleep number beds, so the beds were a bit stiff for our preference. Love the 4 bathrooms, very convenient! Great directions on how to use everything. Yard / patio was enjoyed as well! Thank you for a great experience.

Perfect spot for a family vacation

This was absolutely perfect for our family of six to enjoy some time away! The house was big enough for our 4 teens to have their own space while still enjoying our time together either cooking in the beautiful, fully-stocked kitchen or hanging out on the patio and hot tub. The Riverwalk was about a 20-minute drive, and very easy to access from our location. This property definitely lived up to all the reviews we read ahead of booking, and I would highly recommend this spot!
